After Sales Specialist Required in Dubai

Based in Dubai Mall Boutique, the After Sales Specialist ensures the highest level of customer service managing the after sales processes making sure to deliver an excellent customer experience and satisfying the customer expectations in line with company standards and guidelines.

Main Responsibilities

Assist clients at repair drop off with initial assessment on repair possibility.
Manage client expectations by communicating repair details, condition, and projected outcome at time of drop off.
Manage the repair cycle from shipment to warehouse to the delivery and consignment while keeping the client updated and partnering with Client Advisors.
Oversee spare parts for boutique.
Inform HQ about any product quality issue.
Assist client at pick up by providing details on the actions performed and close the claim.
Reporting activities on active claims.
Quality check on all returned products.
Collaboration and active communication with workshops and warehouses.
Process boutique stock repair and damage.
Partner with Client Advisors and Boutique Managers to resolve clients escalations.
Train the team on after sales policies and procedures.

Profile

Minimum 3 years of related experience
Good computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in multi-tasking and adaptability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with clients in line with the company values
Flexibility, punctuality, reliability
