Description:
Best Ways Medical Services, also known as Best Ways Ambulance, is seeking experienced Advanced Paramedics to join their Abu Dhabi team. This role involves providing pre-hospital emergency care across the UAE and requires licensed professionals with strong clinical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and deliver advanced life support
• Conduct patient assessments, interpret ECGs, and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Perform CPR, defibrillation, airway management, and stabilize traumatic injuries
• Administer IV fluids, medications, and oxygen as required
• Ensure safe patient transport and coordinate with healthcare facilities
• Maintain, clean, and restock ambulance equipment to ensure readiness
Requirements:
• Valid DCAS or DOH Advanced Paramedic License
• Accredited EMT or Paramedic certification
• Preferred: Previous field or pre-hospital experience and a valid UAE driver’s license
• Strong clinical assessment, teamwork, and communication skills
