Mweya Group on behalf of QMS Medicosmetics Middle East is seeking a highly motivated and clinically knowledgeable Aesthetic Therapist to drive the adoption of QMS Clinic Protocols across Dubai's top-performing aesthetic clinics, medical spas, and dermatology centres. This is a dynamic, field-based role combining luxury brand representation, clinical education, and results-driven sales. The ideal candidate will serve as both a trusted brand ambassador and a technical expert, capable of engaging medical and non-medical clinic staff with scientific confidence while delivering compelling, hands-on product demonstrations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Aesthetic Therapist, ideally with exposure to a clinical or medical spa environment.
Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Skincare (e.g., CIDESCO, CIBTAC, BTEC Level 4/5, or equivalent international qualification).
Demonstrable knowledge of skin physiology, cosmetic chemistry, and aesthetic treatment science able to discuss ingredients, modes of action, and clinical results confidently.
Proven track record in a sales, business development, or brand ambassador role within the premium beauty, skincare, or aesthetic device industry.
Existing professional network within the Dubai or UAE clinic and aesthetics industry is a significant advantage.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English; Russian and Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates regularly.
