We are a landscape maintenance company looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant with UAE experience and CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) knowledge to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
• Manage documents, correspondence, and filing systems
• Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and quotations
• Work with CAFM software for data entry, work order tracking, and report generation
• Process and track purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payments
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Maintain and update employee records and assist in HR-related tasks.
• Prepare and submit reports to management/ clients as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure smooth office operations and support daily business activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE in an administrative role (preferably in landscaping or construction).
• Hands-on experience with CAFM software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
