Admin & Customer Service Coordinator - Dubai

About the Role:
We are looking for a young, energetic and detail-oriented Admin & Customer Service Coordinator to join the Boon Coffee team in Dubai. You will be the point of contact for customers and support the café’s daily administration — ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experiences, and tidy back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing friendly, efficient service.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback, resolving issues or escalating when needed.
• Manage reservations, orders and basic POS/payment tasks, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Support daily admin duties including inventory checks, stock ordering follow-ups, and basic bookkeeping records.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, events and in-store displays when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and front-of-house area that reflects the café’s standards.
• Assist with light social media or customer communications as needed to promote offers and events.
Requirements:
• Organized, customer-focused and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact warmly with guests and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and comfortable multitasking in a busy café environment.
• Proficiency with basic office tools (email, Google Workspace or MS Office); POS experience is a plus.
• Previous hospitality, retail or customer service experience is preferred but enthusiastic beginners may be considered.
