We’re Hiring – Accounts Executive

ALBAKAR LOGISTICS LLC is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support timely reporting to management. Experience with trucking/logistics accounting and fluency in Arabic (native) and English are important advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain precise financial records.
• Generate invoices, receipts and payment vouchers in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor cash flow, manage COD collections and prepare bank deposit documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and control of expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to facilitate audits and smooth operations.
• Maintain strong documentation and support compliance with UAE VAT and accounting requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ accounting experience within the logistics or transport industry.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT rules.
• Proficient with MS Excel and common accounting software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Arabic native speaker with fluent English is preferred.
