PRIZM ENERGY is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Manager with a strong background in Construction and Contracting Business Accounting to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of accounting processes within the construction industry. Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Take ownership of the company's financial matters related to construction and contracting projects. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their accounting needs and providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Project Accounting: Manage project-specific financial data, including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis. Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper financial controls are in place.

4. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and resolving any discrepancies.

5. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis and generate insightful reports for management review, enabling data-driven decision-making.

6. Audit and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations. Assist with internal and external audits as required.

7. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to optimize working capital while supporting ongoing project requirements.

8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.

9. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting procedures and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA designation would be a strong asset.
Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager or similar role within the Construction and Contracting industry is essential.
Arabic and English Language proficiency is a MUST. Urdu is a Plus
Previous Experience in Quickbooks Online Software is MUST.
Extensive knowledge of construction accounting principles, cost control, and project-based financial reporting.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, with a high level of Excel proficiency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Sound understanding of relevant legal and compliance regulations in the construction industry.
