As an Accounting Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial records, implementing effective financial controls, and making valuable contributions to the overall success of our organization.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Collaborate with the higher management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and analyze actual financial results against budgeted targets, providing insights and recommendations.

Oversee the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger. Ensure proper recording and classification of financial transactions and perform periodic reconciliations while maintaining supporting documentation.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of controls.

Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure the team's adherence to deadlines and accuracy in financial reporting.

Serve as the primary contact for external auditors during annual financial audits. Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support audit procedures. Prepare and submit tax returns and assist with tax planning strategies.

Implement and enhance financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or any related certification is highly desirable.

Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.

Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
