Accounting Clerk - Dubai

Granite State Manufacturing (GSM) — a precision contract manufacturer supporting complex, performance-critical equipment — is seeking detail-focused Accounting Clerks to join our administrative team. GSM provides end-to-end manufacturing capabilities (machining, certified welding, wiring, assembly and testing) and supports defence and industrial programs; accuracy and reliability in financial processes are essential to our operation.
What You’ll Do:
• Process and record financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries to confirm balances and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review and decision making.
• Perform data entry for invoices, receipts and other financial documents, maintaining clean, auditable records.
• Support payroll processing and assist with tax-related filings and documentation.
• Respond to internal and external financial inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities and help ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the Administrative department as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar finance role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and comfort using accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay Range For This Role Is:
$19.18 - $31.50 per hour.
