Requirements:
● Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant work experience
● Bookkeeping experience
● Purchasing and negotiating experience
● Experience with Quickbooks (desired)

The responsibilities of an accounting assistant include:
1. Provide administrative support to the accounting department by performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, making bank deposits and keeping bank records, handling invoices, tracking expenses and bookkeeping.
2. Manage all purchasing requirements for day to day running of the business.
