Accountant / Sales Executive - Dubai

About Us:
We are a growing Dubai-based trading company specializing in heavy equipment attachments and construction tools, with a focus on excavator accessories. To support our expanding operations, we’re looking for a versatile Accountant/Sales Executive who can handle routine accounting duties while supporting sales and warehouse coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting tasks using Tally ERP, including invoicing, receipts, payments, and petty cash administration.
• Prepare VAT returns and basic financial statements, and assist auditors with required documentation.
• Support sales activities such as following up with clients, preparing quotations, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on stock movements and assist with inventory-related tasks as needed.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reconciliation of transactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years’ practical experience working with Tally ERP.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT rules, and reporting procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate sales-related interactions.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a compact office environment.
• Must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
