BookBI is growing — and we’re looking for an Accountant who understands not just numbers, but how modern businesses operate.

We’re building an AI-powered accounting solution designed for founders and SMEs. Now we need a professional who can bring real-world accounting expertise into a fast-moving product environment.

What you’ll do

Manage day-to-day accounting operations
Record and reconcile financial transactions
Prepare financial reports and statements
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and tax requirements
Support invoice and expense workflows within BookBI
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve accounting logic inside the app

What we’re looking for

2+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
Experience with UAE accounting standards (VAT is a plus)
Attention to detail and structured thinking
Comfortable working with digital tools / accounting software
English — professional level

Nice to have

Experience working with startups or SaaS products
Interest in AI / automation in finance
Ability to think beyond routine accounting and contribute to product improvement
