Accountant Required in Dubai

We are seeking a seasoned Accountant to support group finance operations across multiple related entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, confidential environment and has strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically ERPNext.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing intercompany accounting, and supporting compliance and reporting at the group level.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple related entities within the group
Work extensively with ERP systems (ERPNext experience is essential) for daily accounting operations, reporting, and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Handle intercompany transactions, balances, and reconciliations
Support internal and external audits, including statutory reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax requirements
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and external consultants
Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and business information
Profile & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience
Proven experience in group / multi-entity accounting environments
Strong practical experience with ERP systems is mandatory (ERPNext highly preferred)
Solid working knowledge of IFRS
UAE / GCC experience is strongly preferred
