Role Description

Position: Accountant / Finance Executive

Location: Dubai (Hybrid / Remote options available)

Experience Level: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records in Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Assist with VAT and Corporate Tax filings in compliance with UAE regulations.
Manage client accounts, reporting schedules, and month-end closings.
Prepare financial reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
Support management reporting and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in the UAE or international environment.

Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, etc.).

Strong sense of time discipline, accuracy, and accountability.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Experience in client-based accounting or consultancy firms preferred.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
