Accountant Required in Dubai

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an accountant located in Fujairah. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting in the preparation of budgets. The accountant will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and perform financial analysis as needed.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
Experience with accounts payable and receivable
Proficiency with accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Prior experience in the marine or industrial diesel engine industry is a plus
