KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
• Ensures vendors payments are in accordance with company policies.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Reconciles bank accounts, maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Coordinate month-end and year end closing activities and ability to prepare financial and cash forecasts.
• Produces payroll reports, end of service settlements in accordance with UAE labour law.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations and file accurate tax returns.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE tax laws (including VAT and corporate tax).
• Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally and financial reporting systems.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial data clearly.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
