Accountant Required in Dubai
Job Title : Accountant
Location : Dubai
Type : Outsourced
Contract : 6 Months

Roles & Responsibilities

Book all accounts for through Brokasure and Global XB system.
Work closely with the brokers to ensure smooth operations
Review accounting forms, email communications and signed slips.
Check and ensure that supporting documents for risk booking are correct and complete.
Confirm if underwriters and client are approved in the Brokasure/ GXB system before booking.
Prepare manual VAT invoices and credit notes for Ed and ASML
Maintain VAT log for Ed & ASML
Send booking documents to Singapore for review and approval.
Send closings to Underwriter & client.
Send daily GXB and BSX booking report to SEO.
Send weekly booking report to the team.
Prepare monthly brokerage report for Ed and ASML
Maintain booking files.
Liaise with Clients & Underwriters to resolve any queries relative to invoices when required.
Assist on credit control action points when necessary.
Assist finance team on premium reconciliation whenever required.
