Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Financial Management:

Handle the full accounting cycle for the books of account, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
Manage balance sheets, prepare profit and loss statements (P&L), handle petty cash, and analyze, record, and prepare journal entries.
Prepare monthly management accounts and conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations, submitting them to the office by the 10th of each month.
Generate daily sales reports, create customer invoices, debit notes (DN), and credit notes (CN), and follow up on collections and stock management.
Prepare monthly creditor payments, both through online platforms and without, as well as manage payroll.
File and remit taxes and other financial obligations as required.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of product costing.
Recommend and maintain accounting and payroll policies and procedures to ensure financial controls.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Safeguard bank tokens, ATM cards, and cheque booklets.
Handle cash and cheque collections and deposits.
Maintain an organized filing system for all customer invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, supplier invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
Oversee office expenses, reception duties, repairs and maintenance, utility payments, trade license renewals, and other legal document renewals.
Manage vehicle-related tasks, including monitoring maintenance and renewal payments.
Create customer LPOs (Purchase Orders) for customers without online platforms.
Approve installation consumables and tools, as well as utility requests.
Manage staff attendance, holiday leave, final settlements, overtime, payroll, and visa expenses.
