About the Client:

A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe.

Job Description:

Maintain all types of bookkeeping, petty cash, and verify monthly revenue, cost invoices, booking and any double entries in the system.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements accordance with IFRS.
Prepare & report daily/weekly reports such as Cash Flow Statements, Bank Reconciliations.
Responsible for Accounts Receivables & Payables and update the system on a timely manner.
Assist on general accounting procedures and transaction required.
Keep accurate financial records, including bank payment initiates, inward and outward transactions and accurate bank and book balances.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience from accounting or finance within an international environment
Knowledgeable in handling invoices and accounts receivables
Immediate joiners are preferrable
