Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on the real estate industry. A degree in accountancy or a related field is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Financial Transaction Management:
Oversee and manage real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle processes such as obtaining necessary clearances and documentation for property transactions.
Contract Review and Budgeting:
Review contracts to ensure alignment with accounting standards and brokerage policies.
Prepare budgets for potential real estate projects based on projected income and expenses.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct audits on existing properties to validate financial statements.
Calculate asset depreciation utilizing appropriate methods.

Client Communication and Consultation:

Requirements:
