KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor daily End of day processes, raise and follow up with IT in case there are any issues
Monitor and develop reconciliation of banks, prime broker, custodians, and credit card providers
Daily processing of journal entries on Oracle and other systems
Review of trial balance and reconciliation with source systems
VAT work paper preparation and reconciliation with trial balance
Analyse various business scenarios and provide accounting and reconciliation requirements to business
Daily and Monthly revenue reporting and reconciliation
Preparation of supporting documentation and assist senior staff during conduct of audit

ABOUT YOU

Degree qualified (Finance, Accounting)
5+ years’ experience in overall general accounting, reconciliation, and control
Experience in reconciliation with a high volume of data
Self-starter and problem-solving mentality
Quick learner and open to change
Poised and a positive attitude
Passionate about financial products
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of ERP systems and additional reporting tools
Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft tools
Monthly closing experience
