Accounting Job Duties:

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, aging collections, and other reports.
Prepares invoices, RVs, and keep account of customer files.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

Receptionist Job Duties:

Offering administrative support across the organization.
Welcome guests and greet people who visit the business and direct them accordingly.
Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email and keep records of the same.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingSkills.

Requirements:

English Language is a MUST.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational and filing skills.
Solid business integrity and work ethics.
Abu Dhabi Resident.
