Accountant - Dubai

GSR is seeking a skilled Accountant to join a reputable logistics company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate ledger maintenance
• Prepare invoices and maintain records of financial transactions
• Apply basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations in accounting processes
• Utilize accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth accounting operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
• Experience in logistics, freight, or transport accounting is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
