We’re Hiring: Accountant — Real Estate (UAE Experience Required)
About the Role: We are a multinational real estate firm seeking a professional and detail-oriented Accountant who brings hands-on UAE experience in property-sector accounting. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and present financial information clearly to internal teams and clients. Strong spoken English with a clear, professional accent is essential for this multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full accounting cycle including journals, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Prepare budgets, financial statements and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and local financial regulations, including accurate VAT filings and documentation.
• Work with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho (or similar) to maintain books and records.
• Handle client and stakeholder communication professionally — clear spoken English and client-facing confidence required.
• Support audit and tax processes by preparing schedules and responding to requests.
• Assist with other finance-related tasks as required by management to maintain smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
• Proven accounting experience in the UAE real estate industry.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT and local compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting tools (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or equivalent).
• Ability to manage budgets, produce financial reports, and close accounts accurately.
• Excellent spoken and written English; a clear and professional accent for client communication is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Available for immediate joining.
