Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Specialist to manage client accounts, handle inbound communications, and collaborate across legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role acts as a primary point of contact for clients and internal departments, ensuring account accuracy and timely documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and professionally manage incoming phone calls and client inquiries.
• Maintain and oversee client accounts, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Communicate with clients regarding account status, billing questions, and account-related concerns.
• Coordinate with legal teams and internal departments to streamline client services and resolve issues.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate documentation and reports in a timely manner.
• Handle confidential and sensitive client information with discretion and in accordance with firm policies.
• Participate in training and development to stay current with systems and processes.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
• Prior remote work experience is preferred.
• Residency in the state of Georgia is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and account management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and comfort using office productivity tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
