Account Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a general accountant to prepare financial reports, perform research and analysis, reporting costs, expenditure, profitability, margins, etc. maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other accounting duties as may be required.

Responsibilities should include but not limited to:

Prepares Bank Reconciliation, journal entries, and other related reports.
Manage all accounting transactions
Manage the execution of accounting activities including payroll, invoices, period year end closing, periodic financial performance reports, budgets, financial planning, and analysis activities along with investment and cash management.
Have knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and capable of finalizing up to Trial Balance/ Profit and Loss Account and Filing of VAT as per schedule
Control All Collections, Cash, cheques receipts and all outstanding Receivables.
Preparation of budgets and investigation of errors and variance analysis.
Analysis of Budget approvals, i.e., actual vs budgets and preparing related MIS reports.
Maintenance of the proper books of accounts and the company’s records like Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, tax liability, and maintenance of all other financial activities of the organization.
Responsible for monitoring and providing the needed financial analysis accounting support to the management level.
Assist in month-end closings, accounts reconciliation and prepare financial reports and analysis for management review
Assist in preparing audit schedules and provide support to external audit
Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by Finance Manager.

The candidate is expected to possess the leadership qualities to guide the junior team members and sound knowledge of finance and accounting. The reporting required is generally with the Finance Manager of the company or General Manager and CEO of the company.

Qualifications

CA inter with articleship experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
