Trusity is an KHDA approved Edtech startup striving to empower learners across the world by providing high quality education in an easily accessible manner on an advanced and robust online platform.

Job Profile:

Spearhead the creation of online/digital learning programs for different curricula for different age groups
Ensure all learning components are created to the highest possible standards, and that all necessary evaluation and monitoring procedures are followed
Conduct the quality control of teaching products and always strive to modify the existing teaching product line according to the needs of students, teachers and market development
Knowledge Transfer: Ensure apt and prompt training and on-boarding of new tutoring recruits, as well as create new opportunities to upskill the current team
Maintaining strong relationships between parents, students and the existing pool of highly qualified teachers

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following Skills and Experience:

Prior experience of developing and managing successful eLearning platforms and academic enablement programs
Experience in formulating strategies and implementing plans for academic and skill development programs
Ability to negotiate and close onboarding contracts with teachers
Excellent communication and presentation skills exhibited at executive, management, and academic levels.
Strong commercial awareness and business skills.
Self–motivated, critical thinker who is team oriented but also able to work independently while understanding and performing the role in the context of the wider team and international organization.
Ability to communicate customer and partner requirements effectively to an internal company audience.
Ability to prioritize workloads to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Enthusiastic to work in a growing start-up environment with tight deadlines while maintaining quality
2-3 years of experience in teaching at a reputed school or in EdTech corporate sector with a strong passion for teaching / education.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
