Construction Supervisor - Dubai

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day to day construction work and onsite supervision of construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors and vendor personnel. Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies. Manage all daily operations to ensure proper site safety, manage progress on projects and maintain a controlled, clean and organized site, adhering to safety practices and policies to maintain a safety first environment. Help to create a positive and encouraging work atmosphere. Works closely with owner/project manager and office personnel. Experience with ground up and building renovation projects. Attend job meetings if necessary. Prepare daily/weekly reports. Job Type: Full-time. Required education: Diploma/Certificate. Required experience: Construction Supervisor: 4 years.
