Zoho Administrator - Dubai
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Administrator to manage and optimize the Zoho One ecosystem for our client, covering modules such as CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, and Analytics. The role spans two rapidly growing business lines: EV Charging (CPO Model) and IT Equipment Distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Zoho modules, roles, and permissions
• Build dashboards to track financial, sales, and operational KPIs
• Automate workflows across CRM, Books, Projects, and Desk
• Manage integrations with payment gateways, CPO platforms, and other systems
• Provide training and support to teams across multiple departments
Role Highlights:
• Location: Dubai (Hybrid/On-Site)
• Experience: 2–5 years in Zoho administration
• Nice to Have: Experience in EV charging or IoT, UAE VAT workflows, Deluge scripting
This role works closely with leadership to streamline operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and ensure all teams—from sales to service—are digitally empowered to perform at their best.
