Warehouse Supervisor - Dubai

Lutfi Group of Companies L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of their warehouse in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring efficient inventory management, compliance with regulations, and smooth coordination between warehouse and other operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supervising daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensuring compliance with JAFZA rules, regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Monitoring and optimizing warehouse processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Managing inventory accuracy and conducting regular stock audits.
• Leading, training, and mentoring warehouse staff to maintain smooth workflows.
• Coordinating with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
• Strong knowledge of JAFZA policies and documentation processes.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
