Hiring! Warehouse Assistant – KIZAD.
A leading seal-making factory in KIZAD, Abu Dhabi is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant who can own our day-to-day store operations and drive best-practice processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Process & Procedure: Develop and follow clear SOPs for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching raw materials, semi-finished and finished seals.
• Material Records: Maintain accurate material master data (part numbers, descriptions, batch/lot, shelf location, min/max levels).
• Gate Pass & Documentation: Create/verify gate passes for every inbound and outbound movement; liaise with security and transport teams.
Stock Control:
• Post all in/out transactions in the ERP / spreadsheet in real time.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and full physical stock-takes; reconcile variances.
• Record weight/measurement of rubber sheets, PTFE billets, metals, and finished seals.
• Housekeeping & Safety: Keep racks, bins, and yard areas orderly; enforce 5S, FIFO, MSDS, and HSE rules.
• Liaison: Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Procurement on shortages, re-order levels, and non-conformance.
Requirements
• 2-4 years’ warehouse/store experience in manufacturing (oil & gas, sealing, or industrial products preferred).
• Working knowledge of inventory/ERP systems & strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookups).
• Ability to create/implement SOPs and maintain precise documentation.
• Basic numerical/measuring ability for weights, OD/ID, lengths.
• Physically fit; forklift or pallet-truck experience an advantage.
• Good English communication; Hindi/Arabic a plus.
• Ready to join immediately and work in KIZAD.
Salary & Benefits
• AED 3,000 – 3,500 / month (all-inclusive)
