What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist with questionnaires and submit them to the EHR
• Manage inquiries from new patients and set up discovery calls
• Order genomic tests and manage automations for the EHR
• Call patients as needed and assist with various other projects/tasks
• Set boundaries for client interactions to ensure effective management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must have experience in project management
• Experience with an EHR is a plus
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be intuitively organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to meet once or twice a week for phone calls before 10 am EST
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience communicating with high-end clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
