Videographer / Photographer - Dubai

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer / Photographer to join our vibrant real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, capable of producing engaging photo and video content that enhances property marketing efforts and strengthens brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, including interiors and exteriors
• Plan, shoot, and produce creative video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and property listings
• Edit videos and photos using professional software including color grading, transitions, and audio enhancements
• Develop scripts and storyboards for promotional videos and marketing content
• Operate professional cameras, stabilizers, lighting equipment, and other production tools
• Manage, organize, and deliver multimedia content on schedule
• Keep updated with the latest real estate, photography, and digital content trends
• Collaborate with marketing teams and real estate agents to generate ideas and coordinate content schedules
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience as a videographer/photographer with a strong portfolio
• Expertise in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others
• Creative in scriptwriting, storytelling, and visual composition
• Knowledge of real estate photography and videography is a strong advantage
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible to travel for property shoots within the UAE
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in UAE real estate
• Basic knowledge of 3D virtual tours and walkthrough videos
• Understanding of branding and marketing strategies
