Vice Principal Required in Dubai

Beaconhouse Private School is looking for a British Curriculum trained school leader to fill the position of Vice-Principal, in our campus in Al Ain, for the upcoming Academic Year 2022–2023.

Our campus is located in the heart of UAE's garden city of Al Ain, Falaj Hazza School Zone. We are committed to provide students with high standards of Education that embodies Beaconhouse's mission.

Qualifications:

• BA in Education or BSc Degree with PGCE is essential

• Master's in education or similar level qualification essential

• Minimum 10 years of educational experience with minimum 3 years of experience in a school leadership position such as Head of Section/Subject or any other middle leadership role.

• Experience in a British curriculum school at a Primary level.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

• Ability to design and plan curriculum as per British standards

• Ability to train and develop teaching staff to well equip them with British curriculum requirements and standards.

• Good leadership and inter-personal skills

• Line/Performance Management or Pastoral experience is required.

• Experience in leading whole school initiatives that have led to improved standards and achievement.

• Teaching across ability range with proven success

• School leadership experience is mandatory.

• Experience of working in more than one International School

• Ability to understand the operational and financial requirements to manage a successful school is essential

• Applicant must be bilingual ( Arabic, English)
