Van Sales Supervisor - Dubai

An exciting opportunity has opened up in Dubai for a highly motivated and results-oriented Van Sales Supervisor to join a leading FMCG brand. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for field sales and team leadership within the UAE's Traditional Trade and HoReCa sectors.
As the Van Sales Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
✅ Achieving and exceeding sales and distribution goals across the region
✅ Coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of Van Sales Representatives
✅ Executing brand strategies and maintaining strong in-store visibility
✅ Cultivating long-term relationships with key customers and accounts
✅ Maintaining asset control and ensuring high standards of operational discipline
Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supervising van sales teams, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
• Thorough knowledge of the UAE’s Traditional Trade landscape
• Exceptional leadership qualities and customer service orientation
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Proficient in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage
• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
• This is a field-intensive role, with 80–90% of the time spent on daily trade visits
