Maintenance Technician Van Driver Required. Working for a U.K owned and run company. To undertake the full responsibility and duty of associated maintenance jobs within all types of properties in Dubai both private homes and commercial properties. Must have proven Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical skills including all aspects of MEP. Candidates must be based in Dubai and have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on manual experience in the UAE. Must hold a Full Clean Valid UAE Driving License. Good clear spoken and written English is required. Responsibilities to perform assigned daily maintenance jobs in HVAC, MEP, Gyproc Repair, Painting and all associated types of Handyman Jobs. Have good knowledge of designing and working on a Maintenance Plan. Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned. Ensure job or work task is completed on time and within budget. Report to management of all or any issues. 100% Client Satisfaction is to be maintained at all times with a Clean, Communicative and Co-Ordinated approach. Good physical condition and strength required and must be ready and available on call to work overtime after hours and weekends. Educational Qualification Higher Level Diploma, ITI and Certificate in HVAC. We will provide a good salary package plus overtime and accommodation or allowance if required.
