We’re Hiring: Typist – Government Services
Location: Lumea Documents Clearing, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
Are you detail-oriented, fast, and passionate about supporting essential governmental processes? Join our team at Lumea Documents Clearing and play a key role in facilitating and processing official documents with precision and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
• Prepare, format, and process official documents and applications
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry (English & preferably Arabic)
• Liaise with PROs and government portals for seamless service execution
• Assist walk-in clients and provide general clerical support
• Maintain compliance with UAE regulations and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in typing centers or PRO services
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fast, accurate typing in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with government platforms like Amer, Tasheel, MOHRE, ICA is a plus
