Key Responsibilities
• Execute and finalize data enrichment tasks as instructed in client-provided training.
• Perform credentialing-related activities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and managing board certifications.
• Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to acquire status updates and confirmations.
• Guarantee the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry benchmarks.
• Cross-verify information from third-party sources utilizing online databases.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Required Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient command of the English language in both written and spoken forms.
• Ability to excel in a remote work environment.
• Internet connectivity of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service capacity is preferred.
• Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week, with weekends free.
