Attending phone/email inquiries from existing customers after regular working hours.
• Quickly amending existing bookings
• Quoting on reissues, revalidation, fare changes, and add-ons
• Solving problems quickly
• Issuing new tickets and processing reissues manually
Desired Skills
• Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Minimum 3 Years experience as a travel consultant in UAE
• Very fast and highly experienced with revalidation, reissues, and fare changes
• Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile to make customers happy
• Good attention to detail
