Scope of Works:
Staff Support requirements for qualified personnel to execute the full range of staff support services described in this RFP include administrative support, operations support, information systems engineering support, and logistics support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), 160th Theater Signal Brigade, and its subordinate commands, 25th and 54th Strategic Signal Battalions.

The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, administration, deliverables, reporting, housing, leased vehicles, travel, training, and equipment required to perform the
Brigade and Battalion staff support services. Primary places of performance to Kuwait the resultant contract will be a non-personal service, performance-based.
