We are a Canadian law firm that specialises in immigration services, real estate brokerage and company formation. The Ace group has offices in Dubai, Toronto and Islamabad. Our core business is to provide our customers with professional services in the sectors in which we operate.

We are looking for enthusiastic experienced Telesales professionals to help generate and qualify sales leads for our sales team.

An effective telesales representative must have excellent communication and people skills. They must be comfortable in promoting the company’s products and services.

Job Position: TELE SALES AGENT

Only those with relevant experience will be considered.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and promoting new services products to the existing client base.

Comfortable in contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about the companies’ activities by using pre prepared telesales scripts.

Professional, Friendly, Team Leader, Flexible, looking for long term job security and for someone who is looking to grow inside the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

· Ask questions to help understand the customers individual thereby qualifying leads.

· Direct prospects clients to the appropriate sales agent based on language ability and requirements

· Enter and updated customers information into the companies CRM system

· Take and process clients requirements in a timely and accurate manner

· Manage customer complaints and queries

· Go the extra mile when building relationships with customers

· Keep accurate records in CRM so the Sales team have the most up to date information

· Proven experience as a telesales representative or others sales customer service roles

· Track record of successfully meeting sales quotes over the phone

· Sound knowledge of CRM systems

· Ability to learn the company’s products and services and an innate ability to describe and explain them to either prospective or new customers

Qualifications/Skills:

· Must have at least a minimum 2 years of Tele Sales experience in Real Estate Sector

· Bachelor's degree/High Diploma or equivalent experience in Business & Administration

· Sales, Closing, Negotiation & Presentation skills

· Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, other languages advantageous

Work Hours & Benefits:

· Full time (Monday – Friday) (10:00 - 19:00)

Remuneration: AED 3,000 – 6,000

Base salary + None capped commission structure

Experience: Real Estate Tele Sales (2 years Required)
