Telesales Specialist Required in Dubai

As a Telesales Specialist, you will call the fresh new leads and develop the sales funnel for the Business Consultants. You will be the first point of contact for the customers and maintain high professionalism and good communication skills to maintain customers' trust.

Responsibilities

Calling existing and potential customers
Generating leads by calling on lists
Entertaining customer's inquiries accordingly
Generate promising leads for the Business Consultant to pursue.
Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive lead generation
Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to follow scripts.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
