Telesales Specialist Required in Dubai

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic tele-sales executives to join our growing marketing team.

Objectives:

To achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
All customer communication to be on recorded calls.
To ensure submission of all records/documents with accuracy.
Full awareness on product knowledge.
Maintain effective business relationship with customers.

Job Requirements:

A positive attitude and eagerness to perform well as a team.
A soothing voice that is clear and easy to understand on the phone.
Ability to develop strong personal/business relationships with clients.
Multicultural awareness.
Strong sales skills.
Good computer and office administration skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (English)
Ability to work independently and as a productive team member.

Preferences:

Prior experience in a call center and/or with telesales.
Conversational Arabic.
Additional language proficiency a plus.
Experience in the finance industry.
