We are currently looking for a Male/Female Telemarketing and Customer Care Service to join our team.

Job responsibilities:

· Primarily handling outbound telemarketing and provide excellent customer service.
· Should have good telephone handling skills – responding to incoming phone calls, enquiries & emails.
· To be a part of the Telesales/Outbound calling team responsible to contact potential customers in order to maximize sales.
· A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve customers effectively
· Positive telephone manner, pleasant voice as well as attentive listening and communication skills- clear and concise.
· Talk, convince and sell to customers over the telephone.
· Perform cold calling, & working primarily with telephone and contact numerous clients daily.
· Generating new business, calling prospective clients, Up-selling.
· Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone Calls and emails.
