Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Call center Agent/Tele-sales cum customer service representative who will act as a liaison between the organization and its clients, answer queries, offer advice, introduce new products and build business by identifying and selling prospects. Must be adept at maintaining relationships with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong phone contact handling skills
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
Commercial acumen
Manage a team and Collaborate with them to achieve better results
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Maintains customer records
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
