Job Overview
The Tele Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging potential customers via telephone, introducing NI POS Lending Product and converting leads into sales.
Job Role:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner, understand POS Lending Product and match their needs with Product.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information and call outcomes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 yrs UAE experience in tele sales or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
