Technical Support Team Leader REQUIRED IN DUBAI

Technical support team leader will be a head of the growing team responsible for installation and performance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide technical support team with your technical knowledge as well as leadership skills
• Identify and attend the needs of the department
• Identify process gaps, coordinate their solution and continuously improve existing processes/cooperation with relevant departments/stakeholders
• Continuously and pro-actively increase your equipment knowledge
• Align with global and regional colleagues to continuously drive cooperation, and info exchange.
• Work on technical topics relevant for the department such as
• Reproducing problems from the field
• Monitoring firmware updates
• Issue alerting
• Pro-active end to end testing

All with the intention to continuously improve the experience of our end-consumers.

Your profile

• 3-5 years of testing software/hardware experience required.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Testing, Quality or Engineering
• Ability to speak Russian and English languages fluently
• Interest in working in a “start up” company
• High interest and experience in Internet of Things solutions
• High interest and capability to work as technical expert and team leader
• Passion for breaking the system to find flaws and enhance the user experience
• Experience and interest in problem solving (trouble shooting, root cause analysis)
Proficient with test standards, tools and management
• Detail – oriented and prepared to dig deep to identify root-causes of issues
• Quick –learner, self – starter, curious and high level of initiative
• Ability to prioritize, follow up on issues, keep the overview, and work in a structured way
• Ability to communicate with both technical experts as well as management, to ensure complex topics are understood
• Ability to work in a global, distributed team within various time zones, different user groups and cultural backgrounds
