Technical Support Specialist Required in Dubai

Leaders in the expert design and manufacture of LED lights and controls, ENTTEC is an Australian-owned and operated family business with offices and clients globally, in the USA, Europe and recently opened in Dubai.

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist for our Dubai office. This is a full-time role with a strong focus on customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice and support on ENTTEC’s product range (training will be provided). This is a diverse role combining customer service and technical support in a growing market. It will suit someone with high attention to detail who enjoys a fast-paced work environment as well as learning new skills with a growing business.

Responsibilities

Offer product solutions to solve customer challenges with their lighting projects
Provide product training and after-sales support services
Build and maintain customer relationships
Provide internal and external lighting control training.

Qualifications

Tertiary (engineering) degree or relevant technical experience
Similar experience in the lighting industry
Basic understanding of electronics, including an ability to understand and draw simple electrical drawings (Visio)
Excellent written and verbal communication, bilingual (English and Arabic) a plus,
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Pro-active with high levels of organization and initiative
Ability to prioritize and work unsupervised with a positive solution-focused attitude
