Technical Support Engineer Required in Dubai

Job Description:

1. Taking ownership of the technical problems related to company products and solutions received from company hotline, Emails and other channels in countries & regions, research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve the issues.

2. Following standard procedures for proper escalation coordinate and pull through internal and external resources to provide continuous follow-up until the difficult technical assistance requests closed.

Job Requirements:

1. Agree with the company’s core values and be passionate about work.

2. English can be used as working language, fluency in reading, writing and speaking is required..

3. Arabic or French can be used as working languages, fluency in reading, writing and speaking is required, overseas working experience is preferred.

4. Familiar with basic knowledge of computer network, video surveillance, etc.

5. Strong communication skills and anti-stress ability clear thinking and proactive work is preferred.

6. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

7. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

8. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

10. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

11. BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

12. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
