Technical Solution Manager Required in Dubai

Reports into: Head of Technical Solutions

We are looking to hire Technical Solutions Managers (TSM ) in our ICT business -New Business & Innovation team (NB&I).

This role is focused on Technical Solutions for all non-telco offerings like Data Center, Cloud solutions, Cybersecurity, IoT (Industry 4.0) , Data Analytics Solutions, Digital Applications & Automations ( AI/ML, Metaverse, Blockchain, RPA, BPA, etc.)

The purpose of this position is to create technical solution proposals for small, medium and large opportunities encompassing multiple products, transformation roadmaps and the associated managed services. Develops pre-sales High level design documentation, presentation of Products and Services and review high level design documentation with peers.

What we need : TSM with experience in the below mentioned domains:

1. High skill level in Cloud and Security services and should have solid domain knowledge in Data Analytics, Applications, API Integrations & Digital Transformation

Minimum Experience

10 to 12 years broad based experience in Technical Solutions, Pre-Sales, Managed Services, Outsourcing and Product Management.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field
Enterprise Architecture – TOGAF 9 Certification
ITIL V3 Foundational Certification, preferably ITIL Service Design or Transition Certification
Certification in Hyper Scaler solutions, VMware, RedHat OpenStack, Hyper-V and KVM
Domain experience in Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Applications, and Cloud and Security Services.
